...poor little blog I haven't forgotten you ! I have been in the process of searching for a new place to live as we need to downsize since #1 daughter left,so updates may be a little sporadic for a while. I'll do my very very best! In the meantime,I will at least try to share a photo or two for your enjoyment! This one isn't remotely artistic and was taken off a phone,after a rainstorm,right after the perfect hairdo was achieved, but I'll share it anyways, as,for me at least-it's a massive deal having worn very long,big hair for many years ....brrr! I will need some new scarves to keep my neck warm this year,but apart from that,I'm still re-adjusting, but I definitely like it!!

I am so delighted to be offering this new trio of paintings for sale this month! 'Love Peace and Harmony' are a series of three paintings,linked as a trio via rope and eyelets-what a fabulous idea, I couldn't wait to get working on ideas when I saw this beautiful canvas style! each individual canvas measures approx 8" square and the ropes that combine the pieces can be adjusted via toggles on the back. I have displayed them without a little over an inch inbetween each work on the photos, but they can be closer or further apart if preferred. This delightful set combines a mixture of media including pastels and collage, layered with gesso and acrylic paints. The finish is attractively textural and each piece has been given a double coat of clear gloss artist's varnish for a gorgeous finish.
