I am so thrilled to have some work in a new gallery local to me - Cornish Makers in Newquay is a fabulous place with a wide mix of locally crafted arty goodness. Being so near the ocean I created some sea-themed pieces as well as taking along some of my abstract portrait offerings . This is one of my current favourites , a spiny seahorse!

One of my intentions for this year is to connect more by sharing more 'behind the scenes' stuff here on my blog - I love to see the partly finished, messy, repainted and basic bones of an artist's work, and yet I often forget to share my own! This piece is in progress, working title 'Earth Warrior' ....
