What better way to spend a cloudy afternoon but outside getting very wet feet and making some wonderful pieces of felt? I dyed the wools for this project some time ago and it was a perfect experience to share wiht my young daughter who took to the idea very quickly ( any excuse to splash water about!) and had some very attractive successes. Pictured are some of my own samples and some of hers,also of Tilly herself in action getting stuck into the whole felting process.
