I try to make a habit of drawing daily if possible,this was a 20 minute practice in my sketchbook using graphite and charcoal...it’s low quality paper for rougher work, so the blending isn’t as smooth as I would perhaps like, but it’s also good to work on the cheaper paper as it can be quite freeing to not worry that you have to complete a perfect piece of art. Daily practice is definitely something which has improved both my skills and certainly my wellbeing !
