No entirely an art post today, but certainly photos worth sharing. My daughter (age 9) took these last month-she has her own camera and is keen to get her pictures exactly right,so clambered determinedly over a series of rocks to find the perfect spot to get her shots. The beach is Trevaunance cove,St.Agnes in Cornwall and is just a stone's throw from my art studio. An incredibly majestic scene on a day like this (taken in Feb) the scene will be a much more colourful and hectic one come July when the beach fills with surfers and families, the rockpools will be crowded with children in bright sunhats carrying colourful plastic nets and buckets.
Whatever the time of year the cove has a magical atmosphere and I will never lack inspiration whilst lucky enough to be this close to the sea!
