I woke today at stupidly-early-o'clock and decided in my wisdom that it was the perfect time to 'treat' myself with a really demanding yoga workout-fantastic!-although I am now faced with a very long and DARK day, (even the studio lights seem dull in this greyness) and it's feeling a little hard to keep the energy going now...
