I have been making the most of the wonderful sunny weather in Cornwall this week and got lots and lots of fabulous newly dyed fabrics to play with. My hands will,of course,be an odd shade of orangey pink for several days to come yet, but it was definitely worth it! Check out new fabric packs in my store now CLICK HERE TO VISIT!

Just sharing a few of my results here....my hands remain a stubborn pattern of blues and pinks 3 days later,and I had to cut off all my nails, as they took up the various dyes beautifully!!- but it IS worth it and I now have some scrummy hot shades to work on this autumn. NOTHING I have ever used is more vibrant than acid dyes on silk fibers-is it just me that gets so excited to see the results I burn my fingers getting them out of the microwave too fast?! Can't wait to get working on these...and hope to have enough completed by the end of the week to enable me to offer some prime selections as inspiration packs in my store-watch this space!
