Gipsy Crown

Original mixed media painting on wooden panel.
I am delighted to bring you this rich and interesting painting.
This work full of depth and rich in texture and incorporates layers of inks, oil pastel, glazes, acrylics and collaged elements on wooden panel which measures (approx) 8.5" x 16" (22cm x 40cm). The panel is about 1/4"(.5cm) thick. It has been lightly glazed with a semigloss finish to seal and protect.
This work is entitled 'Gipsy Crown' and is being offered for sale without a frame as it would look equally well displayed on a stand (see photo-my stand NOT included!) or could be framed if preferred so I will leave that choice to the buyer!

Fowey Show....

I am so proud to be exhibiting this weekend at Fowey Show once again. Now in it's 5th year, this is a highly prestigious show which is very well supported and attracts visitr's from all over the world. The whole of this gorgeously picturesque fishing town gets involved-carparks are free and there are shuttle buses from all of the venues running every 15 minutes if you don't fancy the stroll-although I have to say this is such a pretty place I love to stroll the old fashioned streets, expecially when all the shops and buildings are decorated for Christmas!. Carefully selected local artists (including yours truly) and craftsmen sell a huge range of handmade unique gift items along with Cornish food traders, Carol singers and thousands of visitors. If you are in Cornwall this weekend this show is NOT to be missed! Come along and say hi!
