TRUTH is one of my new art dolls recently completed using hand painted fabrics,inks,paints and stitch.
Face is hand painted with permanent pigments and her body and wigs are lusciously padded. Hangs approx 38cm (15") - metal hanging hoop is already attached to the back for easy display!
I love these, they are such a delight to create-I'm already brimming with further ideas for future characters!
'TRUTH' and some of her friends are available for sale and will be at exhibition during Henry Lloyd Falmouth Week, for exposedART on Events Square, Falmouth on Wednesday 11th August. More details to follow soon!
Also-just for simplicity and to cut down on my time spent on admin at the computer, I have decided to combine both my textile/fiber art and mixed media work-paintings etc all onto this ,my main blog. I hope not to lose anybody on the way-please do check back often,I have lots of new work to share over the coming month!
